Note that all majors who haven’t already completed English 200 must complete English 195, which replaces 200. As the brochure shows, English 195 is running on zoom in the spring, on Mondays at 2:50pm, to accommodate all of our majors around the three campuses and online. Everyone who hasn’t taken 195 or 200 yet should prioritize ENGL 195 and build their spring schedules around it.
One course not listed in the brochure is English 400, which is the capstone course (meaning, the culminating experience) for all English majors. It’s a required course that everyone needs to take in their final year. So, if you’re in your final year and haven’t taken 400, be sure to sign up for it for the spring. It is online-asynchronous so to accommodate our majors around all campuses and online.
